Install from the Shopify App Store
Add Popchime to your store in one click. It installs as an embedded app inside your Shopify admin — no theme code, no scripts to paste.
Describe your popup (or pick a template)
Open the editor and tell the AI copilot what you want — “build a welcome popup with 10% off” — or start from one of 27 templates and refine.
Set a trigger and publish
Choose when it shows (time, exit-intent, scroll, and more), preview on desktop and mobile, and turn it on. Leads sync to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a webhook.

How do I install Popchime?
Install it from the Shopify App Store with one click. It runs inside your Shopify admin as an embedded app — there's no code to add to your theme.
How does the AI copilot work?
Describe the popup you want in plain English. The copilot writes the copy, builds the layout, generates on-brand imagery, and sets the triggers. You can then edit anything by hand on a sharp, Figma-style canvas — or keep chatting to refine it.
Can it match my store's branding?
Yes. Say “match my store” and Popchime reads your live storefront — colors, fonts, button styles — and themes the popup to match. No copying hex codes.
What triggers can I use?
Seven: time on page, exit-intent, scroll depth, inactivity, product-page views, add-to-cart, and scroll-up. You can also target by device (desktop/mobile), audience and URL, and cap how often a popup shows.
How do I connect Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a webhook?
Popchime has native Klaviyo and Mailchimp sync, plus a generic webhook for everything else. Connect your destination in settings and captured leads flow through automatically.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Add a consent checkbox to any capture popup, and Popchime handles Shopify's GDPR data-request and redaction webhooks. See the Security page for details.
How is my data secured?

How does billing work?
