Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required — and every plan has the same features, so the trial lets you test everything. You only pay once you've decided Popchime is worth it.
What counts as an impression?
One impression is one time a popup is shown to a shopper. The same shopper seeing the same popup twice counts as two impressions.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like, straight from your Shopify admin. Billing is handled by Shopify.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Your popups keep working — we'll let you know you're close so you can upgrade. We never silently charge you for overage.
