Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, no credit card required. You only pay once you've decided Popchime is worth it.
What counts as an impression?
One impression is one time a popup is shown to a shopper. The same shopper seeing the same popup twice counts as two impressions.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like, straight from your Shopify admin. Billing is handled by Shopify.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Your popups keep working — we'll let you know you're close so you can upgrade. We never silently charge you for overage.
